Espaço Casa Returns to Alegro Castelo Branco in a New, Larger Space
Espaço Casa has returned to Alegro Castelo Branco Shopping Center, now in a significantly larger and fully renovated space. The brand, which previously had a presence in the shopping center, temporarily closed a few months ago to prepare for the move to the new location — an area formerly occupied by a leisure space with bowling lanes, table games, and karaoke.
Oliveira Ramos had the privilege of participating in every stage of this transformation, from the demolition of the old space — a complex operation due to the size and nature of the existing structures — to the execution of the final finishes. The project required precise coordination and intensive work, resulting in a modern, functional, and welcoming new environment.
This project reinforced Oliveira Ramos’ experience in large-scale commercial works, consolidating its role as a trusted partner in the construction and renovation of retail spaces across the country, this time under the direction of Retail Concept, responsible for the new Espaço Casa stores in the region.
