Oliveira Ramos began works at the University of Beira Interior (UBI) Residence In May, located in Boa Vista, Covilhã. The project involves a wide range of infrastructure, construction, and finishing works, carried out with high technical precision.
Key interventions include general plumbing systems, covering water supply, sewage, and rainwater, as well as the construction of drywall partitions in various types — ceilings, dividers, double walls, and reinforced walls suitable for high-impact and high-humidity areas.
The works also include masonry wall construction, demolition of existing staircases, and the application of bituminous insulation on the floors, ensuring durability, comfort, and efficiency in the final result.
